I believe if it was a bigger amount of fg per name change and deletion.
but on deletion upon 0.00fg banned and locked/scammer tagged accounts
that have not been used 1000days or more

I voted yes too...but honestly back in the 2003 days, almost 95% of 2003 users (including me) just downloaded jsp's bot when it was released at that time...never had intentions for forum posting until 6 years later i reinstalled d2 to find everything changed... except my jsp account which was amazing cause it took a week for njag to recover it. but we never signed up to post on forums...just signed up to get our bot and go about our lovely way.
