Yes, perhaps an addition 30 seconds per warn is the way to go. Little more incentive to behave.

bad idea.
spam, good or bad, is what keeps me to this forum. i mean occasionally it gets annoying but a lot of it is funny. with so many limitations this forum would get boring so fast.

I voted "No," because that's unfair to those people who (although in the eyes of D2JSP, it's "their fault") were 'keylogged,' or otherwise unfortuante enough to get +Warning percent when it's undeserved.
Plus, people will spam either way, whether they have 0% Warning or 90% Warning. It's just how they are, or at least that's how I see it.
