To anyone who hasn't heard of it, it's a simple matter of you not being in touch with F2P MMOs, plain and simple. Ten ton hammer has had this on their top ten of free to play games for over 3-4 months, any excuse to not know about it, seeing as that is one of the largest MMO discussion sites, simply means you don't follow the genre. It is a WoW clone, but does a lot of things incredibly well. It is a micro transaction game since all F2P games must make money somehow, but in this case, the items you buy out of the cash shop can also be gotten simply by doing dailies (10 dailies a day, each gives you 10 coins which can be turned in for same cash shop rewards). You can buy diamonds with in game gold, so there is no reason to ever spend your own money if you ever want cash shop gear.
IN ADDITION TO THAT, every level 1-20 the game gives you free gear in the form of a gift bag with plenty of cash shop items and every 5 levels after that 25/30/35/40/45/50, earning better and better cash shop rewards and mounts along the way. All in all, by the time you hit level cap, you will have been given over $30-40 in free cash shop gear, so stop the whining about this, since you are simply uninformed. The game already had several 100k users signed up through open Beta, this game will be growing more and more. There are quests to level you from 1-50, so it is also not a grindfest.
REGARDING THE PATCHER: Use the direct DL links posted on their site to get the game faster, takes about 1-2 hours, it's divided in 4 .bin dls with a setup.exe, very very quick and simple. I am a big supporter of this game and I would appreciate seeing more feedback and less whining regarding issues people are too lazy to even read about. Hell, the DL link on the site even lists the direct DLs right below their patcher, so no whining about DL times.
