Yeah, makes a lot of sense ive seen a lot of people struggle to sell guilds, on top of that new ones are always created, and there is often a lack of people wanting to buy them at so expensive smile.gif

BUT a better idea would just be to have guild transfers Automatic smile.gif

Why delete if you can sell it and make new owner pay your fees

Because it's so hard to sell it, your argument makes ZERO sense.

Delete it. It's gone, avoid the hassle of trying to find someone to buy it, and avoid the hassle of the transfer process.

Did you read the first post, or just the poll?

I did smile.gif I don't see any reason to throw away something worthy. You can give your guild to your mates (the fastest way to sell), you can sell it somebody else, you can rename it to guild "of me" and remove every member laugh.gif But if you want to become guildless and don't want to pay, just make new account, people say that's stylish. However admin will ban you if he finds out

Your not understanding.

This is to avoid all of that, MOST people would rather delete their guild, then go through the hassle of selling it, getting a good price, ect;.

Sure, we already have the ability to sell the guild. I would rather delete it though, even for a fee, I would rather delete it.
