i voted yes because then the new people will know okay here are the set of rules and guidelines to which order is set. a pm with other things included such as the list of trading expressions should also be in there (needs to be updated a bit btw)

Voted Yes. Even if 90% disregard it at least there would be a modest 10% that would understand the site and be of more use.
