What happened to innocent until proven guilty?


You can't predict what someone is going to do..

ok then there is never a trial or evidence looked into for attempted robbery, attempted murder, attempted any crime.

+1. My point exactly. I think the best way to counter "future" scammers on d2jsp is precogs like in Minority Report. Anyone have any spares we could borrow? Only joking. Looking at this suggestion logically, I think it would be great to be able to preemptively and definitively label scammers, unfortunately that is impossible.

glad to know, you should be a lawyer for attempted murder cases. Im sure victims would not be pleased with you, but you know "it is impossible" to tell what someone had planned to do.


oh and again, the user in my case did welch 3 or 4 other users, guess my evidence was correct
