What gives you the right to say: Yeah brother, you were offline for a real long time, so I gonna take your name and give you random numbers instead..

fact is that the person was the first to take the name he has and therefor he simply deserves it.. there is no point to take it away just because of inactivity

And if he comes back after a few years to jsp he'll be like "What the hell?!"

I'm afraid I dont see any sense behind it, first come first serves

That's supposing many things:
1 he still has the same email after 5+ years
2Remembers his jsp/fg pws
3 that he/she will ever return at all..
4 if they want the name, they shoulda stuck with the site and even went so far as to make even a single post..

Why be loyal to a user who never used the site, and dis for example me, a donor to the site?? cash donor

Why? Because he was first. He has every right to keep his name.

He.. who joined in 2004, and in 6 years never showed loyalty to the site by making 1.... just 1, post? You don't seem to be bothered by the fact that loyal members, been here for many years, make lots of contributions, don't cause problems, have less rights than a person, who will most likely never return..
And first come first serve ya say? All justice for a user who never did diddley squat with the site vs an established member?
