Yes please do this! I'm sick of having people breaking the rules and getting away with it, at least if this was implemented when they do get caught and warned they suffer.

imho, star / orb / sig / avatar rights should not be removed under any circumstances

people have donated real cash to receive their stars/orbs

I like this idea, or anything that makes warns have harsher penalties. Many violations go unnoticed, more than likely you did something very bad to get 10% or you were a repeat offender to jsp rules.

Perhaps this could start at 20% warn though. That would be more fair.

it starts where ever paul wants it to if its approved.
