I think it's unjust for people to make accounts 7 years ago and never use them. ALSO we, who would fucking PAY to get those names cannot because somebody thought it would be cool to make an account and never use it. (MULTI?)

doesn't matter if you think it will happen. Vote yes if you support it, no if you think it's a bad idea. The possible outcome of failure shouldn't factor in to whether or not you support something; if everybody lived that way, we'd be like France, constantly cowering in fear of the world, because if we did anything something bad might happen. Worse comes to worse, this gets denied and closed, but it might be the one time this suggestion succeeds. So, support it unless you have a valid reason to oppose it. The fact that it's unlikely is no reason to not support it.
