It's tricky. I wouldn't want people with warn percentages based on a mistake to lose out on chances to make a good deal because their posting restriction is over two minutes.

If the posting delay was only increased like 15 seconds it would be better. But doesn't really make much of a difference...

Therefore, null vote. Suggestion needs development.

if they got warned unfairly they can pm balakai or make a post in general help about it. if you have over 30% warn you have an idea to why your getting the warns

NN freebies, 15 seconds per warn (10% = 30 seconds, 20% = 45 seconds, etc)

I like it, although I think it should just go back up to 120 seconds at 30%.
