They scammed, they got locked, they don't get to use fg

I believe I understand where you're going with that and I completely agree.
Just about 100% of scammer accounts are just dropped and not cared for at all after they're tagged
so most of the scammed gold isn't going to ever be re-payed. And there is nothing anyone can really do about that.

But, what I was going for was the fact that some of those accounts that have been tagged and locked for scamming Gold
would actually like to repay the Gold in an attempt to be un-tagged/locked. I believe this system would help with these cases.
I had not intended upon suggesting all of the Gold be returned to everyone because that's just about impossible.

I just believe that this system would make the re-paying process a little easier and quicker for the ones who would like to be un-tagged/locked.
