What about those who will "work their ass off" after the reset and no matter what they do and how hard they work and try, they will never be able to catch up because they were fairly reset while others kept their wealth.

"they will never be able to catch up," Sin_No_Evil, there isn't any race here. D2JSP is a site, a new economy that's more "stable" and controlable (removes scammers) than the in-game trading systems.
If you're refering to the "race" to the top of Ladder on Diablo II, that's a whole other story! I'll assume that's what you meant, as such: Let's say you don't reset the forum gold. Everybody who played Ladder, has good/bad items, they can pawn them off on D2JSP to non-ladder players for a cheap price... OR a hefty price seeing as how it's Ladder-only items being traded. Even if you don't make a whole bunch of forum gold from the change, you still made some, and every little bit counts!
