it's being done on other forums doesnt mean it's working lol
i'm pretty sure they can't even block 5% of overall proxies

edit : how do you know if an IP is a proxy ? need answer.

Well I voted yes, a reduction in scamming would be nice.

No. I am online at school a lot. My school runs it's own proxy for accessing the internet, as do a lot of other public places, libraries included.

There are 10,000+ proxies at any given time. The number changes every day as new ones are added, and old are removed.

Not to mention some ISPs ARE proxies, like AOL, for instance.
