Why should tagged users (assuming you mean Members ++ etc, not scammers) be allowed to talk about illegal drugs and not others and the other way around?

I honestly don't see why it matters, sure it gets annoying but it's not illegal to talk about illegal drugs..

Not voting until you convince me why it matters, if you want to take the time to get my opinion anyway..

The option is that anyone except for trusteds and higher can talk about it.

Why the hell can't anyone read the damn poll correctly?

It constitutes RAS to start a case, if one isn't already formed.

An admission means a lot to a trial with or without a jury.

But noone will act upon someone posting this shit on the net..
It's a waste of time for them.

It means shit all by itself, if you've already got other proof... you've got enough without it. It would rarely add anything to the case.

This is a website used by people throughout the world. We couldn't restrict certain conversations to people based off of where they live.

Hedonism and I were discussing this earlier, and he noted that d2jsp allows gambling for users of ALL ages, not just 21+

It's really about where we draw the line in how far we are willing to turn the other cheek. One user claimed to be a murderer in User Blogs, and Paul called the cops on him. I guess it's an issue of severity when it comes to how severe a law you can break and it still be okay. It's not like the site supports drug use, but just allows it to be a topic open for discussion.
