maybe make a section for loans, but atm u cant really do anything about it.

EDIT: i wasnt aware the jsp mod team needed permission to lock ur gold lol

I think someone could get a loan, Xfer it though various methods.

Example - Fake Trades, etc.

that's totaly irrelivant really... cause that only states why it shouldn't be totally illegal.. but why not give them consiquences for stealing?

Because some people dont care about there actions.

There are ALOT less conseuqences then real life.
