Texazon said something in a thread in the DF, if u don't pay a scam u can get locked now, so does this mean this got implimented orr was that info just not correct?

I think someone could get a loan, Xfer it though various methods.

Example - Fake Trades, etc.

that's totaly irrelivant really... cause that only states why it shouldn't be totally illegal.. but why not give them consiquences for stealing?
