A scam was made in that ip (or at least it seem's like), the only reason they might locked you right away was to prevent another scam from that ip untill they find the solution to your case.
However they are humans and they make mistakes like you said, so tell me do you think this kind of threads/spam will help your case in what way? Your just making mistakes in the heat of the moment that might be harmful to your case.
Try to resolve it with the mediators by respecting them and their rules, you will see that it's much easyer when you have them on your side or at least trying to understand your case that when you atack them indirectly.
