We'll just agree to disagree.

I WILL agree that something needs to be done about the current loaning situation, I'm just not sure if this suggestion is the way I want it done.

I have no problem with it because I give out loans to friends myself, and I don't want them warned just because it suddenly becomes 100% illegal. I don't loan random people asking me, but still. I can't be in support of it being outright banned.

I think he means the people who make threads begging for loans all the time.

IF you want a loan ask in a pm privately, unfortunatly I'm afraid If I say this, It will make me look like I support loans, Which I don't.

But im not ignorant to the extent in which I cannot understand dire situations + Trusted friends.

Although the new 2010 accounts + 2007-2009 users who were "known" to post for loans / scam people, something MUST be done about this.

I used to be in a guild with a few people who would brag about the loans in which they have scammed... and I KNOW nobody was warned.

Right now as it stands, warn % actually means something
If this vote was passed, you're going to have a large amount of people with warn % and you would no longer be able to tell the difference between
people who actually are scammers and people who got warn % because they asked for a loan. Obviously every actual scammer would claim their warn %
came from (asking for a loan and nothing more). The idea presented in this thread is truthfully very half-assed and as I stated in an earlier post, it is
just going to cause more problems than fix problems.

You're correct, right now your representing a MASSIVE WHOPPING 81 jsp members who are annoyed enough by beggers that they would screw legitimate players ability to do business.
Unfortunately, this is an incredibly small % of the entire JSP community.
I'm sure 81 people would like to never have to see a begger again but I guarantee you everyone is gonna be pretty pissed off when you can no longer tell who the real scammers are.

people who ask for loans 90% of the time are scammers, my god you must be trolling..

All loans are entirely up to the loaners. There are many JSP users that I would loan my fg (even if I dont have much atm) without any problems. IMO there should be a seperate thread if u will for such thing. We have special place for level/rushservice so why shouldn't there be a place for loans/donations? As long as they dont spam trade forums I'm totally fine with it. First thing is I would never loan my fg to somebody I dont trust, second- if there's a special place for loan/don topics, there should be an automatic ban if such posts are in trade forums and I dont see problem against it. And ofc if u dont feel the need, u dont go there,so u are not affected by it anyway.
