i agree with most of what you said, however if there is an accusation (whether it be real or fake) for any of our guild members or future members, i think this would make it much easier for us to kinda see what is going on so we know. i understand that what someone did 5 years ago is of no concern today, and i would never say that someone is a bad person based on one mistake 5 years ago, this is more of a whats going on now type of thing for me... if that makes any sense.
edit: and sometimes it takes 6 months to get someone locked even with efficient proof.
i agree, i think itss hard work for mediators to lock or not to lock someone, if there are not an evident screens. But also, its rly hard to know who is scammer and who is not.
Someone should say there would work something like a presumption of the innocence, but its discussable. If its better to lock someone A potential scammer or not, if u are not rly sure about his innocence or guilt.
Though, there is a good option, all users has a second chance. But its discussable also. If it takes few years....i think its too long. I think it should depend on the users history.
anyway, its hard job.
