Are we talkign about hard drugs like heroine, coccaine etc that are illegal practically everywhere? Marijuana which is legal in many areas? Or other medical drugs such as acetaminophen or acetylsalacylic acid etc? Alcohol etc etc?
I can see how discussion of any of the above would be bad because of negative health influences the discussion might lead to. But I don't see how pictures in sigs/ avatars could hurt. Although I personally don't like to see pictures of people that look like they're overdosing, I'm not against pictures of the drug itself.

Exactly, so what affect does seeing the drug references and such things really have on people?

Is it peer pressure that we are worried about here?
Is it something else?

I see nothing wrong with signatures and avatars with drugs in them. Seeing a signature/avatar with one in it doesn't make me want to go do it. All I think to myself is "that guy is a stoner"

and as i stated above, i can see why people don't like reading posts about drugs and THEY ARE ALREADY NOT ALLOWED
but disallowing somebody from having a signature with a leaf in it is insane.

there is no point of discussing drugs over a forum. it's not like it will make you look cool.. People will just look down at you.

However I will track this topic because i'd like to see what the votes will be like.

So basically you think that a certain group of people (drug users) are stupid, so you would like to ban anything related to them.

I don't think this is a bad subject to be talking about, but i do think you may have the wrong agenda.

Based on your logic, you might as well thing everyone who likes pokémon is stupid and ask for a ban on all pokémon related references.

It should be, granted D2 is rated mature, however there are underage user heres that could be considered "corrupting minors imo". However votes will be about even, donor forum would be a better place for a real vote for this also. You have a lot of older users there who think about tomorrow's children I know if I was a parent I wouldn't want me kids to see how the of the stuff like that when they are 14-18.
