service scams are quite hard to prove, i made that experience soon after becoming a scammer accusation helper.

if everyone would be allowed to offer services, there would need to be additional subforums just for the service threads.
just count the service threads on one page in any trade forum - with some luck you will find about 5 (if you display 50 topics per page).
