If you report anything Moderator has to look through and decide whether it is really a violation or just not needed report.
Implementing report button in PM would definitely take the P letter away.

Null'd; The only way this would work is if reporting it automatically forwards the PM to someone as a report, but there's no one mod that would receive it. As stated, they cannot read your PMs. I'm not comfortable saying no, but the pieces just aren't in place to say yes.
