It can be brought into evidence. But it would barely affect the outcome of the case.

And no one will do anything based on someone saying on the internet they do drugs.

Even if they get caught with pot etc, they're not going to go through their computers and check what they said on the forums. Unless it was like a supplier or masses of pot etc. But it still makes shit all difference.

So what if a user who has a trusted tag or d2jsp has discussed illict drugs....

d2jsp does not promote this. Spam goes on within the forums but it does not mean d2jsp promotes it so that logic is incorrect.

If someone is being excessive about their drug use and promoting it then yes it should be taken care of appropriatly.

If every user trolled against what offends them on this forum and we outlawed it all we would be able to have on the forums is " DON'T TYPE " . If users are having an apt discussion on illict drugs then it is at the moderators discretion if it should be closed there is no need to get on our horses, pull out the pitch forks and start linching ( figuratively speaking )

This reminds me of angry parents who wanted to outlaw rock n roll music because it promoted satanism ...

Sigh.. no not necessary it is and has been taken care of appropriately. I too see things on the forums that I dislike and wish to be outlawed but I disregard it and move on like you should do.

I voted yes, only for trusted & d2jsp as staff as a joke because I will admit it gave me a laugh but in actuallity I would have voted it is already taken care of.

Oh wait, no, they have used information posted in the past in criminal lawsuits. Not from this website that I am aware of. But it has been done repeatedly in the past.

Oh yeah, and Federal law does trump State law like I said. The State has boundaries to work within, and they have exceeded those. So the Feds can still bust anyone they want in Cali for Pot. (Like they have in the past)
