i dont think it helps to show #3 topics in search result. (#2's are almost useless too -- for those accused have already been locked)
if they can be filtered i would say yes.

I dont think it matters "Too" much.
I mean example, a say, 20-70 post guy is in there and you are gonna do a trade with him... he tries to get you to give first, i would not trade him or get a med (if i was a newer person)
even if its a bad proof, and just a single accusation it would be helpful Imo.

Also as a guild leader if i wanted to search for someones in there, even if it was just 1 badly done one i can ask about it and get some details.

either way i think ANY reports help out considerably, Fake/badly done, etc.

This would require a lot of extra work for those who work in the SA that is not necessary in order to trade safe. If you are ever unsure about a trader, use a mediator.

Scammers have their gold locked; anyone can have a topic made about them. Use a mediator and you can't get scammed anyway.

Correct but it would be nice to see these topics, and judge whether they are false or real.
An accusation is still an accusation.

I do not see how it requires more work.

And no its not "required" to trade safe though it certainly helps, Imo. i try putting myself into the shoes of other traders.
Mediators are extremely Inconvenient.
