well, i just thought about an additional notice like "german" or something like this additional to the normal mediator request, so that the medi knows that a german speaking player requested. if a german mediator checks the mediator request queue, he could do that instead of another mediator who does not speak german. but i never thought about excluding different language mediators ofc.
