fully support the chance of any ethnic (language) group to have it's own subforum, so YES from me

would suggest though, to perhaps create a list of turkish people who want to participate
(scan through this thread and you probably find a few plus their friends)
and it would also be good to have someone who is at least 'trusted' to help moderate in turkish
