yes 4 me kind of sad to lost a tread that took few hours to made (ex: a big ft list)

I think for topics with under 3 days left of expiring,
they should be shown in red, or some kind of alert color,
i almost didnt notice it and would have had to go fishing for my topics tomorrow ohmy.gif

i would like to add, that an alert via private messages would also be helpful in alerting us which includes a link to the thread in case they lose that thread and that person is easily able to locate it and track it.

Then again this takes away from searching the forum and spending forum gold to search for the threads and kind of gets rid of it in the long run.

So there is a good chance this will get shot down.

only this if you can turn/on off it would be annoying otherwise perhaps
for the most part, i think when you lose a topic like that, if its old enough its gone for good

i also hardly think thats enough reason to stop something like this, i would imagine most searches come from other reasoning.
