I'm going to give you the honest answer here.

It ain't gonna happen, that's the 100% truth. The reason why it would never be implemented is a forum would be absolute SHIT if there was no "fun". I was once like you and hated assholes spamming my trade threads with useless shit, but I got over it once I started to use other sites.

I am a member on probably 6 other forums and 4 of them have a policy of : you spam/be an idiot once, you get banned. The problem with this is that there is no interest in those boards. People come there for the information and leave and maybe not log back in for a month. This site allows the spam (to a reasonable extent) and you can still trade/get the information you want. Taking away or in your case, "restricting" this would just be a terrible idea.

The warn system will work for a very very long time. If people are repeat offenders, there are very nice long suspensions.

unlike some others here , i have a job.
the job i had until fairly recently (which ive retired from and moved on to another one) had me in places I couldnt easily hit this from, such as Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. get the idea?
the job i have now keeps me pretty busy. when i do have time to play, i'd prefer to actually play, not spend hours weeding through spammer-feces looking for something useful.

Agreed, It's just going to cause more havoc in the forums and cause more multi's and spammers.

understood and agreed. however, SOME regulation/enforcement is needed. what's there would likely work, if it was USED. it's not. as-is, the trading forums are nearly useless.

the "extent" is far beyond "reasonable".

i have a job myself and 50 post / day isnt hard if you are active trader and you just use jsp, i dont spam everywhere with '+1s'. if you stay only in subforums like general help and such its impossible for you.

since u mentioned my scammer tag - u shouldnt comment something u have not clue about.
