I voted yes, for multiple reasons.
After reading the entire thread, all pages, many points have been thrown around that are fairly moot. Like saying that having a subforum for leveling services wouldn't clean up the trading forums. Now, don't take this the wrong way, but the fact is the trading forums are not as moderated as they could be. It seems that the 'Report Post' function has been a bit overused and is, at least in part, ignored now. I know there's a few threads I've reported that stayed up without so much as a word from a moderator. Better moderation of the trading forums, especially with the addition of a services subforum, would quell a good portion of the spam and unnecessary traffic. Actually handing out warns to people who early bump too often, repost threads too early after they're closed, general spam and illegal topics/services, etc., would be a stepping stone in the right direction for cleaning up the trading grounds in general. Verbal warnings, many times, fall upon deaf ears and are often ignored, so giving out actual warns to people who break the forum rules would help out a lot.
Adding this subforum would help to clear some of the unnecessary clutter from the trading grounds for all realms. You could even make it like the PC forum (which people need to get verbals/actual warns for posting PC threads in the trading forum as is...) where it doesn't have separate subforums for realms, but people have to request a certain realm/core for their services or the service host has to state what realms and core they offer.
Edit: Also, something I've wanted to propose but never got around to it is the addition of a tag for people who run services for trusted's. This would make those individuals easy to identify to anyone seeking a service and would make for smoother running overall. Something like... Trader: Services or something cheesy like that. Give the host of the services, since they have to be Trusted or higher to offer said services, the ability to grant or revoke said tag for their runners.
