Hi
It is an admission actually and can be admitted into evidence in Court.
Thanks for trying though.
Good luck finding a prosecutor who wants to make a case against you based on what you posted on an internet forum

seriously.
Your poll is deceiving because in your topic title you advocate stopping the illegal drug conversations, but your poll question asks if the content should be allowed. Most people who disagree with you will automatically vote No for your suggestion - I almost did before I caught myself and read the question. So I voted for Yes and I disagree with you.
If you are really and truly offended by it and it gets out of hand with a single user then please just PM a moderator about it or something. I don't see this as a big enough problem for a forum-wide institution of a ridiculous rule which many people would not agree with

The closest analogy I can come up with for this is here: it would be like building an electrical fence on the edge of every sidewalk to disallow people from J-walking

there's such an incredibly vast number of people who do it, talk about it, and aren't ashamed about it that it would be next to impossible to enforce without
extreme measures. Even if it could be enforced I wouldn't support it though...
And about TT's and mods - they have lives too and can do what they will. I do agree that it might not be awesome for someone to say "Crack is awesome! Everyone under age 18 needs to try crack immediately!" but personally I feel that they have a right to their views and the ability to express them.
And yes - I do drugs

and no, I'm not worried about the police knocking on my door tomorrow
