This looks like quite good suggestion. There is no point in allowing anyone to post topics that they will get warned for.

Unfortunately not everyone reads the rules and well it seems a little harsh to hand them a warn just because they are lazy.

This would be stopping them from doing it wrong, if they try and type duped, and it stops them, then its obvious that they cant do d u p e d
