I think this is a great idea.

Especially in the WoW forums where at least half the posts are spam, often times legitimate posters have their threads closed due to excessive flames
and inappropriate content.

Many of us choose to abide by the rules and wait the given time before reposting.

This would help promote following repost rules and reduce the conflict of closing a thread due to spammers ruining someone else's thread.
