This suggestion have some major flaws.

It wont in any way cover the early friend bumps etc

if you would have read what i wrote in various post, i am well aware that only part of the early bump issue is covered by this suggestion
you are advocating the status quo which is nothing will get done, don't just expect that more people will report early bump if nothing is being done
there will be more traders and more early bump and more overworked mods but i suspect you will be happy with that
sometimes things can get improved by taking small steps rather than sitting in the sun and hoping for a miracle
