voted yes. It doesnt hurt. Maybe not all would read it but there is always some people that make posts somewhere looking for the rules or something.
And by getting this PM when they first login they get the info they need.

I started a few days ago and i was pretty lost here, it takes me many trades to know how this works. The PMs should explain what is and what is not d2jsp, information about how to trade and a rules summary.
