Ok, so someone decides to post in a light gray color all the time. That means the text is almost invisible in my board style. There's a reason I made black the default text color. It's easy to read.

Why should I be inconvenienced to have to highlight that user's text every time I want to read their post? Sure, it's much more convenient for you, but you're not considering the many others that may be inconvenienced by this.

Well the suggestion is a year old, so its immune to updates atm

There could be a setting to simply not allow BBCode to be viewed, ive seen annoying people use colors that only fit with their board styles all the time WITHOUT this implemented.

Yes, and if this were to be implemented, that number of annoying people would only increase, causing further frustration and inconvenience for people like me.

yes so i suggested a way to fix the inconvience. instead of pointing out obvious problems, how about addressing fixing them

i cant see any reason why some1 would like to always use bold or colored texts

Its just a button (like the bold, or italics button)
and in your settings, you would configure this button, as to what comes out when you click it

i dont like the color black, for text, everyone else seems to love it etc. i dont.
