Me personally? never really. I forget to do it because the periods for which we save them are too long.
if it tracked for only a few days, it'd be easier to remember. [however then it'd be less convenient]

seeing as u can set your max tracking time to 3 months

if u cant sell it by then, you shouldnt be on jsp i thinks

Such as suggestions, Interesting threads with good content, or never ending threads, such as "what are you listening to"
