i voted yes but that wont work to well i don't think, being that the mods rarely give warn to ppl for spamming, iv sent a few diff mods lists of closed posts due to early bumps, reposts, and ppl reposting the same topic over and over trying to bypass the early bump rule, they never give any warn. I really get annoyed when my topics only stay in the tp 50 for 1 min or less cuz of the mass's of ppl spaming and early bumping. but still a good idea non the less, if the mods would actually give warn to pl for breaking the rules countless times then we wouldn't have a problem.

This would be great if mods didn't just give a verbal warning to every rule infraction that went down..

It should be made so that even 10% warn gets a longer time

This is true, the rules are too lenient now. Then again, pauls not really concerned with whether or not theirs spam and such because spammers buy fg the same as people who follow the rules.
