No it wasn't but that absolutely brings up a good point. I'm sure like gmail could say failed to send to x,x,x or something of that nature.

I think it's an amazing idea as long as it's restricted in some manner, whether only admins or guild leaders can use it or you have to pay to use it; there are plenty of ways to prevent it from being abused. It would make it much easier for guilds to function as a group and honestly it's kind of embarrassing that this site doesn't have it already.
