My answer will have to be no sorry. Just because one individual doesn't like how some people are or what they like/do - shouldn't mean they should change themselves according to that person. As other people said, simply block it or don't associate with those people. It's no different with peoples life styles and religions, they aren't gonna change how they are just because it might offend one or a few persons.

You can actually remove the ability to see other's sigs and avatars via settings.

I recommend this for you, because you seem to be disgusted by it. Other people may not be however, and it is not fair to force others to conform to your moral standards.

Why should I as the user have to disable everyone's signatures just because I don't want to see 2 half naked girls or guys, (doesn't matter) pictures when browsing? My moral standards are pretty damn high, but nothing to boast out.. you see me boasting about my Moral standards here? No, it's a site suggestion. You saying "it's not fair/etc" is just as bad as me mmaking this topic, so there is your 2nd contradiction.
