post #24, you talked about raffles
So if you talk about raffles, then maybe you should expect for a response regarding raffles?
Like I said, there is a "game" in these type of trade topics involving a fg chargeback or whatever, which doesn't really look like a trade.
Everything I said is what I think.
If you want a better answer, try pm'ing a trade mod as someone else said earlier in this topic.

almost every single person ive talked to or that has commented on threads has agreed this is a great idea
you choose if u want insurance or not
there is no major gamble other then a unid item
+ it does not break any of jsps trade rules

People agree on this because they probably want this to happen, but it doesn't necessarly means that it is a great idea. I'm not saying that everyone who share the same opinion with you want this to happen, but the majority of people who agree with this probably just do it to raise the number of votes.
The fact that you give the "choice" of insurance or not, makes the insurance "possible" in the trade topic if you see what I mean.

havent made a pool thread asking for votes
ive just made threads selling and ppl comment by themselves...
thats y its a good idea
i dont understand the logic of not allowing this
i can confidentally say most of jsp will either agree with my idea or wont care what so ever meaning it affects no1
if this was made into a trade at your own risk thing then y should mods worry about it?

So say he decides to sell with ONLY the gamble option, would that be legal?

I know what you mean, but 95% of the mods and just power happy and get hard off pissing people off. I think there needs to be some system of evaluation of the mods, so that if they get too carried away like almost all of them do, the lose their mod privileges.

this is illegal because it is a gamble. Holding these kind of things in the trading grounds is illegal:

Do not hold any kind of events like raffles/ironmans/barbruns etc. (found in the trading rules).

It falls under "etc"

it is essentially something where you "buy in" (by buying the anni) and hope you win. It falls under the same category and it is not and will not be allowed.

Well thats specific. Now you are contradicting what the other mod said, so this show there is no logical reasoning behind why this is an illegal trade.
/e You still never answered my question in post #34.
