imo a scam is a scam, it doesnt matter wether it was done or not. if it was only half done, it doesnt make it not a scam, sure it makes it half a scam but a scam is still a scam unless decided upon by majority vote of a superiour power that it is not a scam, however, if said case were proven to be a scam and such superiour powers decide it is not, it has shown the system is corrupt and said people no longer deserve to be held in superiour power.

Problem is - INTENT doesn't get a conviction in court. And as this is a pretty unique system as it is, I don't think there will be any changes.

INTENT does seperate 1st and 2nd degree murder from manslaughter in court. So yes it plays a roll, as well as, attempted murder.

so what if you back out of a trade and you cry scam theres a reason why they dont do anything untill you have proof you were scammed , its not perfect but its a legitimate fail safe to people just trying to get people locked/scammer tag

then there would be no proof of an attempted scam, duh.
