Some items out there like Wizardspike Gloves have always been unperm, thus making them illegal to sell.

As we all know there has been countless scams posted in the s/a forum about people selling uap (unperm as perm) to other users and those users who get scammed usually never get anything back after what's said and done.

To put an end to the drama, I propose that there is NO trading or making topics of unperm items you have for trade or you are looking for.

As I know this won't stop scamming completley, it should cut it down a bit and make it easier for the people working the s/a and keep others from getting scammed more often.

the problem is that some unperm items are good [runes 15-40 15-15 and better jewels]. as soon as u sue them there perm. ppl are complaining about the jerks who sell the 45 pally com as perm or the 20/5 sc as perm. and with those items you have to just roll the dice and hope for the best.

Well if I had any children and you were arguing with them, you would clearly not win in that battle of elementary wits. As far as your "people can no longer knowingly sell unperms" will just not work, people will get around in and will just PM trade. And that makes it more dangerous than it already is. So as I said, this thread and suggestion is useless.
