Just because you use a site means nothing take this for example.

You log onto "site removed", find something nice, talk to the guy in public with cash to buy something, he robs you blind on the streets, you try and sue "site removed" because you met him there.

Yea but this wasn't on the streets, if the police could track that the guy would get locked and you get your stuff back, that's because they are civil servants, but.. if you lose an item that has nothing to do with FG in your "bank" so I agree it's not njags place to pay you.

It's not a cure all but like how Oat scams 15k fg for a 15k post, lock oat and return the fg, I'm like yelling this at the monitor when i read about it

Just because we use his site does not make him responsible for mistakes we make.

He refunds the FG scammed.. Set some limit, like over 1k fg so it's not for petty things, although 1k is low

Scammer can repay jsp bank to get unlocked, if he can even afford it

He's not responsible, but when things like the edit I made above happen it's just.. Lame

He is in no way responsible for the fg you mishandled, he has safety features to ensure you don't get scammed in the 1st place, if you refuse to use them that becomes your loss.

[e] ya it sucks but honestly how is it his fault, it's really your/their own for not taking the safety precaution.
