Not polish but by just looking at the international section.

Germany got like half the number of topics, yet they have a D2 section.
French got 1/5th number of topics, yet they have a D2 section.

Polish section got more posts than Ger/Fra/Magyar section combined.

I say yes, this should've been made years ago.

Every language should have equal rights in a multi cultural forum. Not everyone can speak english so fluently.
