I agree that the current system in place, although it does some good, is not as effective as it could be with a few changes. The only parts on jsp that I personally use is the d2 trade forums mainly. There spam, flame, scams, ect is a Huge problem. Can't stress that enough. The current system fails in this aspect completely. How many of us have sent thread after thread to mods of the same person breaking the rules or how many of us have over and over reported topics and at best in almost every case the thread itself is closed and that's it. There Must be a change made with this. Whether that means stiffer punishment to curb these offenses or new mods recruited and solely given the job to govern this. This has made jsp more and more like in game trading which is why most came to jsp to get away from. I'm all for doing nothing more than a 24hour suspend on a 10% warn because sometimes we make a mistake and really didn't know better and need a 2nd chance. But after that there needs to be more than what we have now. This is not working and it will get worse as the user count rises.

Of course this is made with no disrespect intended to any mods or admins, strictly my opinion and suggestion.

In the passed, I managed to get a warning to prevent a friend from using 3rd party programms.
Jsp recognised my pm, and gave me a 10% warning and booted me off the site for 24 hours. (I QQ seeing as it was unjustified) what can you do..

Even though some users deserve 100% to get the warning, some of them dont.
I beleive once you exceed the 30% and above, there should be more concequences.

not at 10% or 20%.

it'd better not be too low - i've been up to 20% before because a someone in a high up place didn't like me.
