Tbh, i cant find any reason why it would be needed. First of all, people dont need to go to last topics on certain forums, and even if they do (what happens very very rarelly), they dont need shortcut for it. Altough last and previous page is good idea, to that i would say why not :D
I think it wouldnt harm anyone, if we would have this option, but its pretty useless :)
