mods do enforce rules. spam is not something thats easily conrolled. its a world wide thing. its ALL over the internet. controlling spam is like finding a needle in a haystack. except the haystack is earth. go figure

being harsher on it would eliminate a lot of it.

people spam atm because they know nothing will happen to them.

same with early bumps. nobody ever gets a warn for early bumping.

Agreed. I think enforcing the rules with warns and suspensions will drastically reduce offenses.
