I'm going to say no because you dont need it. The Mod team gets it because they may need to do multiple posts within 30 seconds to deal with violations - Whereas Retired Moderators dont. If you guys get it then so should everyone else

I don't post that much anymore, so it doesn't matter to me.

Voted yes.

These people have already shown and proved to be trusted and reliable.

They contributed a lot of good things in the past with their hard work.
And they still contribute important work to the community because they still help people to solve their needs.
Therefore they should receive the means to make it easier for them to help
