As for the suggestion. I don't see how it would matter, you can see what you were suspended for in your warn logs when you can get back on jsp.

Well, you don't always get a warn when you get a suspension, so unless the suspension comes with a warn, it won't show in the warn logs.
Like if you accidentally said something via PM that gives you an auto-suspension.
