A vast majority of help PMs I get are in the Help link in the top right. Unfortunately, people rarely search before posting, so the end result will be roughly the same. Also, there's a lot of misinformation in GH, which is why we have official documentation (and are working to expand it).
Oh, and it has a search feature.
Perhaps a search bar that actually searches those Help documents might be nice, like show a search bar in General Help, but it really searches the internal help docs. That might be nice.
