yes.

it should come with a pop-up window, say accept if you want to enter the chat, and maybe have a button to take a screenshot of the chat and have it automatically go into a folder which moderaters can see.
this can also make trading more safe, but this might be a big addon and maybe not possible.

That is a great idea.
Maybe have it work like facebook where it opens on the bottom right of the page.
